  • Service Packages: Refunds may be requested for unused portions of service packages, provided the request is made within 14 days of purchase and before the services have been fully delivered.
  • Recurring Services: If you have subscribed to a recurring service (e.g., monthly SEO, social media management), you may cancel the service and request a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the billing cycle, provided the request is made within 7 days of the billing date.
  1. Conditions for Refunds

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: If the service has not been delivered or initiated within the agreed-upon time frame, you may request a refund.
  • Service Quality Issues: If the service provided does not meet the agreed-upon standards or deliverables as outlined in the service agreement, you may be eligible for a refund after a review of the case.
  • Cancellation by Alif Techserv LLP: If we cancel a service due to reasons on our end, a full refund will be issued for any undelivered portion of the service.
  1. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed Services: Once a service has been fully delivered and accepted by the client, it is non-refundable.
  • Consultation Fees: Fees paid for consultations, strategy sessions, or other advisory services are non-refundable.
  • Custom Services: Custom or bespoke services tailored to the specific needs of the client are non-refundable once work has commenced.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Review: Our team will review your request and may contact you for additional information if necessary.
  3. Decision: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 7 business days of receiving all necessary information.
  4. Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
